Our Culture Our project teams are made up of remarkably talented individuals who contribute creativity and expertise to solve problems that matter to our clients. Often new entrants gain significant client exposure from their first day on the job. Our organisational values keep us on the right path. Our project teams measure their success not only in terms of what they accomplish, but how they accomplish it. We believe in growing together and creating a unique experience of cohesiveness. We learn from each other. We conduct refresher training programs and need-based programs at regular intervals and bridge any gaps. Each new REA is paired with an experienced REA who acts as a mentor and buddy. This buddy system provides a non-evaluative resource to help guide one’s professional development separate from the formal training and development provided by the firm. Every day is a learning process, where we constantly learn from our fellow team members and share informally with our colleagues. We come together as individuals. The cohesiveness of the firm is based on the work we do together and the learning experiences we share, not on uniformity of perspective. The unique qualities of each individual contribute to a more vibrant, thoughtful, productive environment. We enjoy our work culture and bring about life to our employees and do not make coming to work a “routine.” We have get-togethers, picnics, team events, and activities where the feeling of oneness and cheer is further strengthened.
