Our Remote Executive Accountants (REAs) can work with you in a way that suits you best. To update your books we provide the following two options.
A. Remote Desktop Access
B. Hosted / Online Based Book-Keeping Service
A. Remote Desktop Access
1. You can send us your source documents by one of the following ways:
 Scan the documents and upload it to a secure FTP server,
E-mail the documents to us.
Fax it to our number.
Place it on your desktop, so that we can access it remotely. 2. You give permission to Brickwork to remotely login to your computer and access
your accounting software, Brickwork will access your accounting software
remotely to process all your accounting documents as per you instructions.
B. Hosted / Online Based Book-Keeping Service
1. You can send us your source documents by one of the following ways:

E-mail the documents to us.
Fax it to our number.
Place it on your desktop, so that we can access it remotely.
2. We update your books by logging on to the Online Accounting Software used
by you, such as, quickbooksonline.com. You can login to the online accounting
software, at anytime to see the updated books.
