At Brickwork, we recognize that continuous training is an inherent part of one’s individual development. The acquisition of knowledge, skills, and competencies are attributes that are achieved by both theoretical and practical training. In total, it contributes to the overall “professional development” of an individual.
We conduct competency-based training. All technical and core competencies required for a KPO organization have been identified and we provide training in all these areas. Employee development is enhanced in areas of technical, behavioral, and skill development.
The education of a new employee is initiated by a familiarization program where the processes and expectations of our company values, and goals are imparted to the candidate. Apart from this, training programs are conducted which focus on business/quality processes and functional subjects. During these sessions, employees of all levels are encouraged to participate both as 'learners' and as 'teachers', sharing their knowledge and experience across multiple areas of expertise.
