Job Description:

Responsible for devising strategies to meet and exceed sales targets; map potential customers and generate leads for the organization; Hire and train sales teams and oversee their daily activities; Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction; A solid understanding of online and offline marketing concepts

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Generation and Growth
    • Accountable for achieving revenue targets
  • Client Acquisition
    • Acquire new large enterprise and SMB clients across the globe
    • Following up on new business opportunities and setting up meetings/ client calls
    • Communicating new service offers to prospective clients
  • Key Client Growth
    • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with clients
    • Understand the clients' business and upsell and cross-sell services
    • Responsible for delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  • Marketing
    • Represent Brickwork India at industry events and assume speaker responsibilities
    • Develop & implement clientele-specific solutions
  • Others
    • Liaise between the clients and delivery teams
    • Research and present market conditions, competitive data, and trends to management
    • Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction
    • Submit monthly sales forecast and sales pipeline


Skills Required:
  • Experience working with Fortune 500 companies, GBS and procurement teams
  • Ability to create and sustain productive relationships with large enterprise CXO's and SMB business heads
  • High energy / fast paced Individual with entrepreneurial mindset with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment and balancing competing priorities
  • Conducted webinars, marketing events and has speaker experience
  • Demonstrated written business cases for new initiatives for the organisation and also scaled-up client accounts
  • Strong analytical and numerical ability with experience in generating reports, data presentation, metrics-based decision making
  • Experience optimizing processes and practices to increase efficiency and productivity of resources.
  • Demonstrated networking through social media
  • Ability to build a team of sales team / consultants across the globe

Responsibilities:
