We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Head
with 20+years of progressive experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business
Development across IT and Non-IT Services and Product businesses. The role
requires strong exposure to global markets, particularly the USA, with proven
expertise in building, leading, and scaling cross-border sales and marketing
teams.
The incumbent will be responsible for revenue growth, market expansion, strategic partnerships, and end-to-end business development across multiple geographies
1. Strategic Leadership

Define and execute global business development
strategy aligned with organizational goals.

Drive market penetration strategy with primary
focus on USA market.
·
Identify new business verticals, service lines,
and product-market fit opportunities.
·
Develop annual revenue targets and long-term
growth roadmap.
2. Revenue & Sales Management
·
Own and deliver P&L responsibility for
global sales operations.
·
Lead enterprise sales, solution selling, and
consultative sales engagements.
·
Develop key accounts and build CXO-level
relationships across industries.
·
Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and
revenue assurance.
3. USA Market Expansion
·
Establish and expand footprint in the USA
through strategic partnerships and direct sales.
·
Build channel networks, alliances, and referral
ecosystems.
·
Understand regulatory, compliance, and market
dynamics specific to USA.
· Drive onsite-offshore business models where applicable.
Marketing & Brand Positioning
·
Lead global marketing initiatives including
digital, events, content, and demand generation.
·
Align marketing strategy with sales objectives
to enhance lead conversion ratios.
·
Oversee branding, positioning, and go-to-market
strategies for services and products.
·
Analyze market intelligence and competitor
positioning.
5. Team Leadership & Global Coordination
·
Manage and mentor sales and marketing teams
across multiple countries.
·
Set KPIs, performance metrics, and incentive
structures.
·
Build high-performance culture across
geographically distributed teams.
·
Drive collaboration between delivery,
operations, and sales units.
6. Partnerships & Alliances
·
Identify and onboard strategic alliances,
channel partners, and technology partners.
·
Negotiate and close high-value contracts and
strategic deals.
·
Represent the organization in global trade
forums and industry events.
7. Governance & Reporting
·
Implement structured CRM, reporting, and
governance mechanisms.
·
Present growth strategy and performance metrics
to executive leadership.
·
Ensure compliance with international trade and
contractual norms.
