From Pioneering Remote Executive Assistance to Global Business Enabler

Brickwork began in 2005 with a pioneering idea that was well ahead of its time: the Remote Executive Assistant (REA) model. Long before virtual assistance became a widely adopted business function, Brickwork was already supporting global executives, entrepreneurs, financial institutions, and enterprise leaders through structured remote business support. Starting with Credit Suisse as its first client and earning recognition in Thomas Friedman’s The World Is Flat, the company quickly gained international visibility for redefining how executive and operational support could be delivered across borders.

Over the years, Brickwork expanded from a specialized REA provider into a globally trusted business support partner serving clients across 179 countries and more than 60 industries. Today, the organization delivers integrated solutions across business support, research, technology, automation, and operational services, combining process discipline, domain expertise, and emerging technologies including AI. While its scale and capabilities have evolved significantly, Brickwork continues to be guided by the same principles that shaped its foundation: trust, agility, reliability, and customer-centric execution.

Founder Philosophy

Brickwork’s culture was shaped early on, long before it expanded in scale or reach. At its core are strong beliefs around conduct, resilience, and responsibility. These principles influence how teams think, act, and collaborate every day. Over time, they have been expressed through four distinct symbols.

The Cow

Generosity and Positivity

The Cow

Generosity and Positivity

The Cow reflects a mindset rooted in openness and goodwill. Teams engage with a positive outlook and a sincere willingness to support. Knowledge is not guarded but shared freely, creating an environment where collaboration comes naturally. People do not restrict themselves to defined roles when situations call for extra effort. Success is seen as a shared outcome, built together rather than individually claimed.

The Horse

Courage and Discipline

The Horse

Generosity and Positivity

The Horse represents a balance of boldness and structure. Brickwork embraces complex and diverse engagements with confidence, stepping into challenges without hesitation. There is a strong sense of ownership across teams, with a clear focus on delivering outcomes. When client expectations demand more, teams rise to the occasion. Consistency is maintained through discipline, ensuring reliability across projects and locations.

The Camel

Perseverance and Resourcefulness

The Camel

Perseverance and Resourcefulness

The Camel embodies the ability to endure and adapt. Even in demanding or unpredictable conditions, teams continue to deliver without losing focus. Resources are used thoughtfully, with an emphasis on long-term value. Every experience contributes to a growing pool of knowledge, strengthening future execution. Over time, this approach builds resilience and sharper problem-solving capabilities.

The Elephant

Capability and Recall

The Elephant

Capability and Recall

The Elephant signifies strength in both skill and memory. Brickwork invests continuously in building capabilities that align with changing market needs. Teams handle diverse responsibilities through structured and methodical execution. Commitments are not just noted but remembered and followed through with precision. This reliability forms the backbone of consistent delivery.
