We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Lead - Accounting & Bookkeeping Services to manage a team of accountants and bookkeepers supporting global clients across multiple industries. The role involves overseeing end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring service delivery excellence, maintaining quality standards, managing client relationships, and driving process improvements while developing a high-performing team.

Job Description:

• Oversee end-to-end accounting processes, including Bookkeeping and general ledger maintenance,        Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank and credit card reconciliations, Month-end and               year-end close activities, FS preparation, Fixed asset accounting, Payroll review and coordination.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of client deliverables in accordance with agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Review accounting workpapers, reconciliations, and financial reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify training needs and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance culture.
• Oversee daily activities of the team including workloads, deadlines, and resource utilization
• Ensure timely responses to client requests and follow-ups.
• Conduct performance reviews of the team members as per the policy
• Attend the scoping calls for new leads and gather the requirements. 
• Collate and consolidate team performance details to present to multiple stakeholders.
• Adoption of accounting tools, automation, AI, and reporting solutions where appropriate.
• Drive compliance with client-specific requirements and operating procedures.
• Ensure timely resolution of quality issues and process gaps.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and transformation projects.
