Job Highlights:

Looking for a Finance Operations Data Entry Executive responsible for accurate data processing, transaction documentation, post-sales support, digital filing, and task tracking. The role will ensure timely and error-free processing of purchaser and property-related information while coordinating with internal teams to resolve documentation gaps and meet defined TAT and quality standards.

Job Description:

  • Accurately process purchaser data, transaction details, and documentation within defined TAT.
  • Cross-check data against source documents and client templates before submission.
  • Prepare booking documents, invoices, receipts, SOAs, resale documents, amendments, Oqood registrations, and DSR entries.
  • Ensure high accuracy and completeness across all data processing activities.
  • Receive, verify, sort, and categorize digital and physical documents.
  • Upload documents to the e-filing system within 24 hours using the correct format and category.
  • Maintain organized digital records and support periodic file audits.
  • Process sales forms, amendments, transfers, and purchaser updates as per SOPs.
  • Coordinate with the Junior Team Leader on daily assignments, volumes, and exceptional cases.
  • Follow up with internal teams for missing or pending documents and information.
  • Escalate incomplete, unclear, or unusual cases for timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in the internal task tracker.
  • Respond to internal requests and emails professionally and within required timelines.
  • Monitor assigned tasks, identify errors/issues, and ensure timely rectification.
  • Support weekly reporting with accurate task completion and status records.

Competencies / Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, operations, or accounts; real estate experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to follow standard procedures and work under supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with data management systems, or willingness to learn.
  • Good time management and task prioritization skills.
  • Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
