Position Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven IT Project Manager with 8-12 years of proven expertise in IT project Management for global clients. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and collaborating with sales team for technical proposals for the global clients.  


Primary Responsibilities:

1.      Project Planning & Execution 

·       Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.

·       Create and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

·       Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure.

·       Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).

 

2.      Stakeholder & Team Management

 

·         Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.

·         Facilitate communication between technical teams and business partners.

·         Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress reports.

·         Manage project team performance and resolve issues or conflicts.

 

3.      Risk & Budget Management

 

·         Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

·         Track project budgets, expenditures, and forecasts.

·         Manage vendor relationships and oversee external service providers.

 

4.      Quality Assurance

 

·         Ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.

·         Oversee testing, UAT, and deployment activities.

·         Conduct post implementation reviews and lessons-learned sessions.


Competencies / Skills:

Required Qualifications

 

·        Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

·        8+ years of experience managing IT/software development/infrastructure projects.

·        Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and ITIL processes.

·        Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps, Trello, etc.).

·       Any Agile certification includes SAFE Agilist or PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, CSM

·       Experience with any cloud technology (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

·       Experience in managing multi-vendor and global delivery teams.

·       Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

 

Required Tools Skills:

 

·        JIRA/Dev OPS/MPP

·         Confluence/PowerBI for reporting dashboards

·         MS team/Slack

·         MS excel mainly for Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP/automated reports (steering committee)

·         GIT/JENKIN (HIGH LEVEL)

·         CICD Pipeline concepts

·         Basic SQL

·         Visio for drawing concepts
